Jack RothmanJack Rothman, Ph.D., has had a career taking two paths. He has been a Professor at UCLA’s School of Public Affairs, concentrating in social welfare issues and community organizing. Jack has published some twenty-five books on social and community issues and scores of articles in journals and magazines. He has also been a stand-up comic for the past fifteen years, amateur and paid, performing at comedy clubs, pubs, and non-profits in and around Los Angeles. He worried about when his audience would start laughing and when his students would stop laughing.
