When I see people attack
Cornel West,
I remind myself
that every fault and
inconsistency
you have will
be exposed
When you confront
the powerful
your flaws
will be broadcast
for the world to
see
So it becomes
all the more important
to stay loud
to stay focused
and tell
yourself
that prophets aren't
remembered
Because they were
perfect
